Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage basic lighting rigs and audio gear for small to mid-sized shoots without a dedicated crew.
• Edit footage for multi-platform delivery, cutting to 16:9, 4:5, and 9:16 formats depending on the distribution channel.
• Work from scripts and creative briefs alongside the wider team to build out sequences that serve the visual storytelling goals of each project.
• Apply finishing passes across pacing, sound design, color correction, and graphics either independently or in collaboration with motion designers.
• Maintain organized footage libraries and backup systems across multiple concurrent projects.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with camera operation, basic lighting, and on-set audio setup.
• Working knowledge of editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut, with comfort moving between tools.
• A genuine eye for visual storytelling and editing instincts developed through personal or academic projects.
