Video Editor Junior – Stage

Logotel is hiring a Junior Video Editor (Stage) based in Milan, Italy. This role sits within the Creative team and focuses on editing and post-production for video content built around professional learning communities, internal communications, and engagement programs for corporate clients. About the Role

The Creative team at Logotel produces video content that supports community platforms, training ecosystems, and communication projects for organizations across Italy. As a Junior Video Editor on a 6-month internship, you work from existing footage alongside videomakers and project managers, cutting sequences that meet specific client and project briefs. Day to day, that means organizing media, assembling rough cuts, integrating graphics and music, and exporting finals across multiple delivery formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit sequences in Adobe Premiere Pro following project guidelines set by the lead videomaker and project manager, progressing toward greater autonomy over the course of the placement.
• Integrate music beds, subtitles, title cards, and base motion graphics elements into cuts in Adobe After Effects.
• Manage and organize incoming media assets, maintaining clean folder structures and file naming across post-production workflows.
• Contribute to the export and delivery of final video files across the range of formats required by each project brief.
• Support the selection and assembly of raw footage into first-pass sequences ready for editorial review.
• Test and apply AI-assisted tools to support editing tasks including transcription, content optimization, and audiovisual production efficiency.

What You Bring

• A degree or current enrollment in Cinema, Audiovisual Production, Multimedia, Communication, Design, or a related discipline, ideally from NABA, IED, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and a basic grasp of Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with standard post-production workflow conventions, including media ingest, sequence organization, and multi-format export.
• A showreel or portfolio of academic or personal video editing work is a real advantage here.
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, color correction basics, or motion graphics compositing will strengthen your application.
