About the Role

The post-production workflow here spans short-form social content, long-form branded projects and commercial deliverables, meaning no two weeks look the same. Day to day you will be working alongside producers, animators and audio teams, with the editorial process occasionally including attended client edits. The role opens on a freelance basis, with a genuine pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut projects across long-form, short-form and social formats, managing the full post-production workflow from raw footage ingest through to final delivery.
• Apply colour grading using DaVinci Resolve to bring visual consistency to commercial and branded content packages.
• Handle audio mixing at the editorial stage, working with dedicated audio teams to ensure delivery meets broadcast and platform specifications.
• Attend client-facing edits and revision sessions, communicating editorial decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Use After Effects for motion graphics elements where required, coordinating with animators on more complex visual sequences.
• Manage multiple timelines simultaneously within tight turnaround schedules without compromising editorial judgement or output quality.

What You Bring

• A minimum of three years of professional post-production experience across commercial, branded or social content production.
• Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with Avid Media Composer experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of After Effects sufficient to handle motion graphics tasks at an editorial level.
• A portfolio demonstrating storytelling range across both long-form and short-form content.
• A full UK driving licence, as required for this Mansfield studio-based position.
