TensorWave is hiring a Video Editor based in Las Vegas, NV. This role sits inside the marketing and brand team, responsible for cutting everything from long-form brand films and event recaps to short-form social content and product explainers. It suits a self-directed post-production professional who can own a project from ingest to final delivery without needing their hand held.

About the Role

The Video Editor at TensorWave works across the full content pipeline, handling multi-camera footage from live events, interview setups, and branded shoots, then shaping that material into finished pieces that serve both product and marketing goals. A typical day might move between color grading LOG footage from Sony FX-series cameras, building a motion graphics sequence in After Effects, and turning around a quick revision on an event recap with a same-week deadline. The output ranges from cinematic brand films to punchy social clips, all held to a consistent visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit across multiple content formats including brand films, event highlight reels, interview cuts, podcast visuals, social clips, and product explainers within a single post-production workflow.
  • Color grade LOG footage from Sony FX-series cameras to a cohesive, finished look that holds across deliverables.
  • Build and maintain clean project file architecture so footage, sequences, and assets stay organized across ongoing campaigns.
  • Create motion graphics using After Effects, either working from provided assets or developing elements from scratch to serve the edit.
  • Ingest, log, and organize footage from multi-camera shoots so material is immediately usable and clearly labeled from day one.
  • Take notes and execute revisions efficiently, including tight turnarounds on event recap content that needs to move fast after a shoot wraps.

What You Bring

  • Five or more years of professional editing experience with a portfolio that demonstrates narrative storytelling, not just beat-based cutting.
  • Fluency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with DaVinci Resolve considered a meaningful plus.
  • Hands-on experience handling Sony FX-series footage and working with LOG formats through the full color pipeline.
  • A track record of managing briefs, organizing footage, and hitting deadlines independently across brand or commercial post-production work.
  • Clear, direct communication and the ability to turn revisions around quickly with minimal back-and-forth.

Why This Role

TensorWave is building a recognizable brand in a crowded technology space, and this Video Editor position sits at the center of that effort, with real influence over how the company looks and sounds across every content format. The company offers 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, stock options, a 401(k), flexible PTO, parental leave, and life and disability insurance options. For an editor who wants ownership over a growing brand’s visual voice, this is a role with genuine room to shape something.

Apply now for the Video Editor position at TensorWave and bring your post-production experience to a team building something worth watching.
