• Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports using construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Aconex.
• Coordinate directly with designers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and keep workflows on schedule.
• Oversee procurement processes and resource allocation to ensure cost control stays within approved project budgets.
• Lead project meetings to communicate milestone updates, flag risks early, and ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing construction or utilities projects from inception through delivery, with a track record of on-budget, on-schedule completions.
• Hands-on proficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Bid2Win in an active project environment.
• Strong foundation in construction estimating and civil engineering concepts applied to real project conditions.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred, though relevant field experience carries equal weight here.
