ICF International, Inc. is hiring a Graphic Designer & Video Editor for a remote role based out of Baltimore, MD. This position sits within ICF’s in-house creative team, producing integrated campaign assets across digital, social, print, and video channels, with an emphasis on motion graphics, short-form video, and brand-level design. It suits a designer who moves comfortably between static layout work and post-production workflow without needing to be handed a brief twice.

About the Role

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor reports to the Creative Director and works alongside copywriters, content strategists, UX designers, and campaign leads on marketing and brand activations. Day-to-day output ranges from social graphics and OOH collateral to edited video content with motion graphics, color correction, and multi-platform formatting. Some travel to Reston, Virginia is required as projects demand it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual brand assets across static and motion formats, including digital ads, presentation decks, website landing pages, and campaign collateral.
  • Edit video footage and build motion graphics sequences in After Effects and Premiere, handling color correction, sound editing, and aspect ratio formatting for each platform.
  • Translate concepts into storyboards and animatics that communicate the creative direction clearly to stakeholders before production begins.
  • Extend and maintain brand consistency across integrated campaign activations, keeping design quality at a production-level standard throughout.
  • Build high-fidelity presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint that hold up visually alongside the broader design system.
  • Present design rationale and motion concepts to internal stakeholders, fielding feedback and iterating within the creative workflow.

What You Bring

  • Two to four years of professional experience in an agency or corporate in-house creative environment working across graphic design, motion design, and video editing.
  • Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • A portfolio that shows both polished static design work and completed motion or video projects.
  • Experience producing assets for integrated campaigns spanning print, web, social, OOH, and paid digital channels.
  • Familiarity with Figma, accessibility standards, and AI or 3D tools is a plus, as is vector illustration and on-set photography or videography capability.
