Day to day, you are managing briefs, chasing updates, flagging slippage, and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with the VFX Producer and Line Producer to maintain an accurate, up-to-date schedule across active shots and sequences.
• Distribute and manage creative briefs to VFX artists, ensuring each task is clearly scoped before work begins.
• Track shot progress against targets and flag delays or resource conflicts before they become production problems.
• Coordinate across internal departments to keep the VFX pipeline moving efficiently from turnover through to final delivery.
• Maintain organised production documentation including shot lists, status reports, and meeting notes for the wider post-production team.
• Adapt scheduling and task priorities in response to editorial changes, client feedback rounds, or shifting project demands.

What You Bring

• Prior experience as a production coordinator or assistant coordinator within a VFX studio or post-production environment.
• Working knowledge of VFX pipeline structure, including how shots move from editorial to VFX and back through review.
• Familiarity with production tracking tools commonly used in VFX and episodic television workflows.
• Strong organisational skills with a track record of managing multiple deliverables across concurrent projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication, particularly when relaying technical or scheduling information between production and creative teams.
