About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the complete sales cycle across all assigned client stops on the daily route, covering the full CBC product portfolio.
• Manage and reconcile minibodega inventory at the start and close of each shift, ensuring counts match dispatch and return records.
• Complete daily route liquidation accurately, accounting for all sales, returns, and cash collected across the route.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients on each visit, addressing stock needs and supporting ongoing commercial relationships.
• Operate assigned vehicles, including motorcycles and cargo trucks, in compliance with route schedules and delivery requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets by managing time across the route efficiently and prioritizing high-volume client accounts.

What You Bring

• Minimum bachillerato completed, with preference given to candidates with an accounting focus or background.
• At least one year of experience in route liquidation or field sales operations.
• Valid licenses to operate both motorcycles and cargo trucks.
• Comfortable working variable hours and under the pressure of daily quota and reconciliation deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of honest, results-oriented work in a client-facing sales environment.
