Studio Videographer

Connetix Tiles is hiring a Studio Videographer to join their in-house creative team at their purpose-built studio in Myaree, Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time, end-to-end production role within a dedicated brand content studio, responsible for developing and delivering video assets across promotional, lifestyle, product, and stop motion formats. It suits a working videographer who is comfortable owning the full production workflow, from concept and storyboard through to camera, edit, and delivery.

About the Role

The Studio Videographer sits inside the creative team at Brave Toys, the parent company behind the CONNETIX and My Creative Box brands, producing content that reaches a global family audience across digital and social channels. Day to day, this means planning and executing studio shoots, directing both child and adult talent, operating cameras and lighting rigs, and cutting finished pieces in post-production. The volume and variety of output is consistent, so strong project management alongside the craft is genuinely necessary here.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and produce storyboards for promotional video content, presenting them to the wider design and marketing teams before production commences.
• Execute end-to-end video production across lifestyle, face-to-camera, product feature, and stop motion formats, managing all shoot logistics from pre-production through to final delivery.
• Direct studio and location-based shoots with child and adult talent, maintaining on-brand performance and ensuring safe, organised set conditions throughout.
• Operate in-studio production equipment including camera systems, lighting setups, audio recording, and teleprompter hardware.
• Coordinate talent bookings and manage parent and guardian communication, maintaining an up-to-date talent database for ongoing studio production scheduling.
• Build and maintain a library of stock footage and B-roll while tracking emerging video formats and tools relevant to brand content production.

What You Bring

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in videography, video production, or a directly related production role.
• A qualification in media, film, or a related field.
• Strong working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and a functional understanding of motion graphics within a post-production workflow.
• Demonstrated experience directing talent, including children, across studio and location shoots.
• Stop motion production experience is highly regarded for this role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a busy studio production environment.
