On any given week, this person is running program reviews, managing dependency maps across multiple engineering workstreams, and translating business requirements from Sales and Distribution Operations into actionable technical commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical program delivery across the Sales and Licensing technology portfolio, from requirements scoping through production launch and post-launch measurement.
• Define and maintain program plans, milestone trackers, risk registries, and escalation paths, and run weekly reviews alongside executive reporting cycles including WBRs, QBRs, and MBRs.
• Coordinate dependencies across five or more concurrent workstreams spanning multiple time zones, working directly with engineering leads and SDMs to surface and resolve blockers early.
• Build the operational rhythm for program execution, including sprint planning cadences, RACI matrices, decision logs, and DRI accountability mechanisms across multi-team migration programs.
• Identify systemic process gaps in content distribution workflows and design scalable solutions, including tooling improvements, runbooks, and automation of manual reporting.
• Contribute to OP1 and OP2 planning cycles by authoring headcount justification narratives, investment documentation, and program-level cost-benefit analysis.

What You Bring

• Several years of technical program management experience, ideally within a media technology, streaming platform, or post-production workflow environment.
• Demonstrated track record managing large-scale API modernization or platform integration programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Experience driving alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Legal functions in an episodic television or studio content context.
• Familiarity with agentic AI automation programs and the program governance structures they require.
• Comfort operating inside Amazon planning cycles, or equivalent annual planning processes at a major content or technology organization.
