About the Role

The Social Media Videographer Specialist works directly alongside field technicians, operations teams, and company leadership to translate real trades work into branded video content that serves recruitment, client engagement, and business growth goals. A typical week involves shooting on active job sites across British Columbia, editing footage for multi-platform social distribution, managing the content calendar, and pulling performance reports to inform the next campaign cycle. This is a single-person content production role with real ownership over brand output, not a support position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content captured on commercial, residential, and industrial job sites for use across social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Build, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns through Meta Business Suite, including budget management, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Maintain the company content calendar and uphold consistent brand voice across all digital channels and promotional materials.
• Track campaign KPIs using Google Analytics and similar tools, and deliver monthly and quarterly reports with ROI analysis and growth recommendations.
• Oversee website content updates with attention to SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and user experience.
• Produce supporting digital and print assets including social graphics, presentations, e-blasts, and signage using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or videography production role.
• Hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns with measurable performance outcomes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and web CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools such as SEMrush or similar platforms.
• Drone operation experience is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred, given regular travel to job sites across British Columbia.
