BruntWork is hiring a Senior Video Editor (Aviation Training | Adobe Premiere Pro) based in Mesa, AZ, working directly with a specialized multiengine pilot training center to produce YouTube content and short-form social video. This is a post-production workflow role focused on long-form instructional content and branded short-form cuts, sitting at the intersection of educational video production and aviation marketing. The role suits an editor with a strong background in non-fiction or branded content who can own a content pipeline from raw footage to final delivery.

About the Role

You will be the lead editor on a content team producing training-focused video for a multiengine aviation program, managing everything from media ingest through final approval in Frame.io. A typical day involves pulling selects from aviation training footage, cutting YouTube edits in Adobe Premiere Pro, reviewing short-form CapCut edits from a Junior Video Editor, and keeping projects organized inside LucidLink. The post-production workflow runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mesa, AZ time, at 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw aviation training footage, building coherent instructional narratives that serve both educational and brand development goals.
• Cut and refine short-form content optimized for social media, applying strong pacing and visual rhythm to maintain audience engagement across platforms.
• Manage all media assets and Adobe Premiere Pro project structures within LucidLink to keep the library accessible for ongoing and future productions.
• Oversee a Junior Video Editor’s CapCut output, providing specific, actionable feedback to hold brand standards and editorial quality.
• Coordinate all revision rounds and client approvals through Frame.io, keeping the feedback loop organized and on schedule with the content calendar.
• Apply editing plugins and post-production workflow tools to improve turnaround time and overall production value across deliverables.

What You Bring

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with demonstrated experience across long-form and short-form video production.
• Working proficiency in CapCut for short-form and social media content editing.
• A portfolio showing editorial storytelling ability, technical production quality, and experience with instructional or branded content.
• Experience managing large media libraries and complex project structures in a remote production environment.
• Familiarity with collaborative review platforms, specifically Frame.io, and cloud-based asset management tools like LucidLink.
• General knowledge of aviation training sufficient to identify relevant instructional and operational footage while pulling selects.
