WPP Media is hiring a Senior Video Editor and Motion Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London. Sitting within The Goat Agency’s in-house production team, this role owns the full post-production workflow for social-first client campaigns, from first assembly through to final delivery across multiple platform formats. It suits an editor who is equally comfortable in the timeline and in After Effects, and who has built a body of work in campaign or brand content rather than long-form.

About the Role

The Goat Agency operates across influencer and creator-led campaigns in over 70 countries, and this role sits at the centre of turning that raw creator footage into polished, on-brief deliverables. Day to day, the work spans social media ads, case study edits, and promotional content, all cut to client brand guidelines and platform specs. The post-production pipeline here is campaign-driven, which means multiple projects running in parallel and regular client feedback rounds built into the schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end editorial on social media video content, managing everything from rough cut through colour correction, sound mix, and final export.
• Build motion graphics and animated elements in After Effects to meet campaign-specific style guides and brand standards.
• Interpret client briefs and producer direction to make informed editorial decisions about pacing, music, and narrative structure.
• Prepare and deliver final files in multiple aspect ratios and formats, meeting platform specifications for paid social distribution.
• Review edits with a critical eye, identifying where additional graphics, context, or footage can strengthen the campaign message.
• Maintain organised project file structures and asset libraries to support a team working across concurrent campaign deliverables.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio of edited video content made for social platforms, ideally from a campaign, agency, or brand content environment.
• Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Solid understanding of codecs, export settings, and post-production workflow standards for online video delivery.
• Experience applying colour correction and sound mixing at a level appropriate for client-facing campaign content.
• Confidence giving and receiving creative feedback within a structured production and account management team.
