Senior Post Producer [VFX]

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead complex post production programs across UK operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top-tier craft. You’ll shape workflows, manage schedules and budgets, and align creative, editorial, and technical teams to produce high-profile content at scale. Based at Gramercy Park Studios, you’ll collaborate with the broader studio network and clients to maintain excellence and deliver impact across formats and channels. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to fuse creative ambition with operational discipline in a global, AI-enabled production environment. Compensation / Benefits • Lead day-to-day post production management from brief to final delivery, ensuring high quality and adherence to schedule and budget • Create and manage detailed schedules, workflows, scopes, and resourcing across editorial, design, motion, VFX, CGI, AI, grading, audio, finishing, and versioning • Define effective post production approaches in collaboration with Creative, Production and Studio teams • Act as main contact for internal stakeholders, agency teams, clients and post production talent • Coordinate talent and workflows with Gramercy Park Studios and UK studio operations • Own post production budgets, estimates, reconciliations, and financial tracking for transparency and control • Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues related to timing, scope, resources, and delivery dependencies • Oversee review/approval processes ensuring clear feedback capture and actioning across teams and partners • Support projects involving VFX, CGI, and AI-enabled workflows with proper planning and quality control • Build strong relationships with editors, colourists, designers, animators, VFX artists, and producers to enable peak performance • Contribute to evolving WPP Production’s post production offering with a solutions-focused mindset and scalable practices Tasks • Significant experience in post production producing within a leading post house, agency, studio, or production business • Deep knowledge of end-to-end post production workflows (editorial, colour, sound, motion graphics, VFX, CGI, AI, online, finishing, delivery, versioning) • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with creative ambition and operational discipline • Strong experience building schedules, scopes of work, staffing plans, and budgets across varied scales • Understanding of VFX, CGI and emerging AI-enabled production workflows • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across creative, technical, commercial, and client-facing teams • Strong organisational skills and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments • Experience working with senior creatives, directors, editors, artists, producers and clients across channels • Solid grasp of technical delivery requirements, file formats, workflows, and QC standards • Commercially astute with ability to manage budgets, scoping, and profitable delivery • Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with decision-making confidence Key requirements • hybrid working model • equal opportunity employer • global career opportunities • collaborative and borderless environment • access to advanced technology • craft excellence culture
