Experteer Overview As Product Owner for the Generative AI Content Engine, you drive the strategy and delivery of a scalable AI-powered content platform used across WPP agencies and clients. You translate creative, production, and engineering needs into a clear roadmap, balancing innovation with enterprise-grade delivery. You collaborate across Creative, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to ensure value, safety, and governance. This role sits at the intersection of AI, production workflows, and multi-market collaboration, shaping how GenAI accelerates content creation at scale. Compensation / Benefits • Own the GACE roadmap and evolution across WPP Production and agencies • Define strategy for ideation, production acceleration, localization, and personalization at scale • Clarify where GenAI augments people or creates new creative possibilities • Collaborate with Creative, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Tech Transformation to set direction • Translate workflows into user stories, specs, and backlogs • Coordinate with ML engineers, platform developers, and integration architects to refine requirements • Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria, and UAT • Lead multi-market releases, onboarding, and adoption • Ensure platform remains performant, secure, and reliable at enterprise scale • Maintain brand safety, data sensitivity, and Responsible AI standards • Understand integration points with asset management, workflow tools, and production platforms • Contribute to model evaluation, fine-tuning, and content quality frameworks • Oversee governance, security, and enterprise data handling in line with policies • Drive adoption and change management via training, demos, and power-user communities • Track adoption metrics, value delivery, and impact of new capabilities • Maintain a feedback loop among engineering, production, and creative teams Tasks • 6-12+ years in product management, digital production, or intelligent automation • Hands-on experience with AI-driven platforms (LLMs, image/video generators, model orchestration) • Strong understanding of advertising and content operations workflows (versioning, localization, high-volume production) • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (ML, platform, DevOps) • Clear communication skills translating technical capability into business value Key requirements • hybrid working model • global career opportunities • collaborative, borderless environment • access to diverse projects • investment in AI and next-generation tools • professional growth and impact
