Kallay Studios Pty Ltd is hiring a Real Estate Photographer and Videographer based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. This role sits at the production end of property content, covering stills and cinematic video shoots for residential and commercial real estate listings from on-site capture through to delivery. It suits a shooter who already understands how real estate marketing works and can manage a full shoot day independently without hand-holding.

About the Role

Kallay Studios operates as one of Australia’s established property content agencies, producing photography and video for premium listings across the Gold Coast market. Day to day, you are managing your own shoots, working directly with agents and vendors on location, and delivering content that holds up against the turnaround pressures that real estate marketing demands. Editing may be part of your workflow depending on your skillset, but the priority is clean, consistent output that serves the listing.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality photography and cinematic video for residential and commercial real estate listings, capturing space, light, and lifestyle in a way that supports the marketing brief.
• Manage the full production workflow on each job, from on-site setup and directing agents or vendors through to final content delivery.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across campaigns to support Kallay Studios’ brand standards for property content production.
• Coordinate directly with real estate agents to meet tight turnaround deadlines without compromising image quality or coverage.
• Execute twilight photography sessions and drone operations where applicable, expanding the content package for premium listings.
• Capture social content assets when required, adapting your shooting approach for short-form property marketing formats.

What You Bring

• Minimum one to two years of real estate photography and videography experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates property-specific shooting skills.
• Own professional camera kit, gimbal, and ideally a licensed drone setup for aerial property photography.
• Proven ability to work solo on location across both residential and commercial property shoots.
• Competency in post-production editing for photography and video, treated as a bonus rather than a requirement.
• Strong communication and punctuality, given the direct client contact involved with agents and property vendors on every job.
