About the Role

The International Originals, Americas Production and Post team oversees original content across all genres for Prime Video’s global audience, working directly with showrunners, producers, and cross-functional departments including Creative, Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, and Post. The Production Coordinator, International Originals reports to the Head of Production and Post and serves as the operational center point between the Culver City headquarters and production teams spread across the Americas. A typical day moves between reviewing overnight updates from Latin America and Brazil, updating production status dashboards, and coordinating scheduling across multiple active projects in different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-timezone calendars across the US, Canada, Latin America, and Brazil, coordinating availability for internal departments and external production stakeholders simultaneously.
• Handle domestic and international travel logistics including visa and passport requirements, and process expense reports and purchase orders for the Production and Post team.
• Track production timelines, milestones, and deliverables across the full slate, maintaining updated production status documents and dashboards in real time.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document action items, and coordinate cross-functional meetings between Creative, Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, and Post Production teams.
• Support production onboarding and vendor coordination by gathering crew lists, contact sheets, and production documents, and managing PO tracking and invoice processing.
• Explore and apply AI-driven tools to streamline scheduling, communication, and post-production workflow across distributed international teams.

What You Bring

• Prior experience as a production coordinator or production assistant on international or multi-territory television or film projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, with working knowledge of international travel logistics including visa requirements.
• Familiarity with production status tracking, PO management, and invoice processing within a studio or network environment.
• Comfort working across episodic television and international original content pipelines, with exposure to post-production workflow and deliverables.
• Proficiency with modern productivity and project management tools, including experience with or openness to AI-assisted scheduling and communication platforms.
