About the Role

Your Reformer operates in the fitness equipment space and this position feeds directly into the B2B content pipeline, producing video that speaks to wholesale clients, trade partners, and industry buyers. A typical day moves between on-location shooting in Melbourne and desk-based post-production work, cutting footage, laying sound, and delivering content across multiple formats. The role requires someone who can own the full production workflow without needing a large crew around them.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for B2B branded content, including product demonstrations, client testimonials, and trade-facing campaign material.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment on set with a single-operator or small-crew production approach.
• Edit footage through the full post-production workflow, from rough cut to colour grade and audio mix, to broadcast-ready or digital delivery specs.
• Manage media organisation, file naming, and asset archiving to keep the content library production-ready at all times.
• Collaborate directly with the marketing team to translate briefs into scripted or documentary-style video formats suited to B2B channels.
• Adapt final deliverables across aspect ratios and platform specifications, including social, web, and presentation formats.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in commercial video production or branded content, with a reel that includes B2B or product-focused work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for colour grading preferred.
• Solid camera operating skills across mirrorless or cinema camera systems, with competency in on-location lighting setups.
• Experience managing your own post-production workflow from ingest to export without relying on a dedicated post facility.
• Comfort working hybrid, splitting time between studio or on-location shoots and remote editing days in Melbourne.
