This is a stills and motion role working within the events and hospitality content space, delivering edited photo sets and short-form video reels cut for social distribution. It suits a self-shooting professional with a background in event, editorial, or lifestyle photography who can work independently and turn around polished content fast.

About the Role

The Photographer and Videographer works directly within Litme’s collective of creatives, covering London’s private and corporate events calendar on an engagement-by-engagement basis. Each job involves documenting the full texture of an occasion, the room, the crowd, the details, the guest moments, producing both still and motion content ready for Stories and Reels. Shoots run predominantly evenings and weekends, with editing and grading completed by the shooter on their own timeline post-event.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot stills and video across private events, corporate hospitality, and club nights in low and mixed light conditions.
• Document the full scope of each occasion, covering wide room shots, crowd energy, booth details, and candid guest moments.
• Edit and grade photo sets in Lightroom and cut video reels in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to brief.
• Deliver content formatted and paced for social platforms, specifically Instagram Stories and Reels, on fast turnaround schedules.
• Move through events with discretion, maintaining awareness of guest privacy and the tone of each occasion.
• Manage your own kit and maintain the reliability expected of a freelance event photographer operating at a professional level.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio spanning event photography, editorial, hospitality, or lifestyle content work.
• Technical proficiency shooting in difficult light with your own reliable camera kit.
• Working knowledge of Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro for self-directed editing and grading.
• Consistent, dependable turnaround on both stills and motion deliverables without supervision.
• Availability for evenings and weekends across the London events calendar throughout the year.
