About the Role

The Multimedia Content Creator & Videographer at Nexus Creative works directly alongside the marketing team in Norton, Worcestershire, producing campaign content that spans short-form social video, branded storytelling, and graphic assets. A typical production workflow involves taking a marketing brief, developing the visual concept, handling the shoot, and delivering a finished edit, all within the same role. There is no handoff between departments here, which means this person owns the creative output from first frame to final export.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots end-to-end, covering pre-production logistics, on-location or studio capture, and post-production editing to broadcast-ready deliverables.
• Design motion graphics and static visual assets formatted for social media channels including short-form video platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across each campaign.
• Translate marketing objectives into visual narratives, developing treatments and shot lists that serve both creative and commercial goals.
• Manage the post-production workflow for each project, including colour correction, sound mix, and compression for platform-specific delivery specs.
• Monitor emerging trends in social video production and digital content formats, applying relevant techniques to keep output current and effective.
• Maintain asset libraries and version control across ongoing campaigns to ensure brand consistency and efficient turnaround on revisions.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in video production and editing, with a portfolio that shows work across branded content or digital content production.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics.
• Experience designing for social platforms, with an understanding of aspect ratios, compression, and format requirements across different channels.
• Strong grasp of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio capture for single-operator or small-crew shoots.
• Adobe Creative Suite skills covering Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design work alongside video deliverables.
