About the Role

The In-House Creative Studio at Experian functions as a fully operational internal production unit, turning briefs into finished creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, and web. Day-to-day, this Motion Designer and Video Editor moves between editing timelines, animating motion graphics, adapting assets across formats, and collaborating with copywriters and channel teams on campaign rollouts. The post-production workflow here is genuinely varied, covering everything from short-form social video to display ad scaling across multiple specs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand motion graphics and edited video assets across paid social, display, web banners, and email campaigns using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Scale and adapt creative across platform formats and sizes, maintaining quality through each version of the asset.
• Build performance marketing assets with an understanding of metrics like CPA and CTR, ensuring each deliverable is structured for testing and optimisation.
• Film short-form video content for social and digital channels, including on-location capture and lightweight production shoots.
• Apply generative AI tools to support ideation, asset versioning, and production efficiency across the digital content pipeline.
• Manage project delivery through Monday.com, tracking deadlines and output standards while supporting the development of junior designers on the team.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a motion designer and video editor working across digital campaign production, with a portfolio that covers social and display formats.
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro at a professional production level.
• Familiarity with generative imagery and video tools used within a post-production or content workflow.
• Confidence presenting creative decisions and managing feedback in a studio environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience filming and capturing footage on location for short-form social video content.
