Manager – Streaming Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring executive updates that synthesize subscriber, content, marketing, and partner performance across the streaming portfolio into a clear performance narrative.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and scenario analyses covering acquisition, conversion, and churn dynamics in partnership with finance and marketing teams.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on material shifts in subscription KPIs, quantifying the business impact and recommending next steps.
• Develop executive-facing PowerPoint presentations that connect streaming performance data to strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams to standardize KPI definitions, maintain reporting accuracy, and build scalable analytics workflows.
• Support ad-hoc projects including pricing analysis, promotional offers, bundle evaluations, and partner performance reviews.

What You Bring

• 4 or more years in analytics, strategy, research, or consulting, with preference given to candidates from streaming, media, or subscription-based businesses.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets, with Python or other scripting experience considered a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Advanced Excel skills and a track record of building subscription forecasting models and scenario analyses.
• Familiarity with acquisition funnel analysis, cohort retention modeling, and direct-to-consumer subscription KPIs.
