Working directly alongside the Marketing and Creative teams, this position owns the video output for a brand operating at the higher end of the UK outerwear market. Day-to-day production covers everything from campaign shoot days and product-led ecommerce content to short-form social edits and brand storytelling pieces. The workflow spans pre-production planning, on-set direction, editing, colour work, and motion graphics, all managed in-house.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and pre-production planning for campaign and ecommerce video shoots, ensuring each project aligns with the seasonal creative brief.
• Direct and operate camera on location and in studio, capturing fashion and lifestyle content that meets the visual standards of a luxury brand identity.
• Edit long and short-form content across Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, managing the full post-production workflow from rough cut through to final export.
• Grade footage in DaVinci Resolve to achieve consistent, elevated colour across all brand content outputs.
• Design and produce motion graphics for social, digital advertising, and platform-specific formats as required by campaign deliverables.
• Quality-control all finished assets against platform specifications before handoff to the broader marketing team for distribution.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience producing and directing video content within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve as core tools in your post-production workflow.
• A portfolio of credits spanning ecommerce video production, campaign content, and short-form social formats.
• Competence operating professional camera systems on self-shooting productions without a dedicated camera department.
• Strong motion graphics skills sufficient to produce finished branded assets independently.
