About the Role

You will work directly alongside the Studio Manager and a small creative team, handling end-to-end content production from raw footage ingestion through to final delivery. Projects span product-led retail content, promotional video edits, and photography outputs destined for e-commerce and brand channels. A typical day moves between editorial sessions in Adobe Premiere Pro, colour grading, and asset management across multiple concurrent briefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content across retail and internal digital channels, managing the full post-production workflow from assembly cut through to final export.
• Retouch and grade photography assets to meet brand specifications, ensuring consistency across e-commerce and campaign deliverables.
• Work within the in-house studio pipeline to meet scheduled delivery windows set by the Studio Manager and marketing team.
• Organise and maintain media libraries, including footage, stills, and project files, using structured asset management practices.
• Apply motion graphics and simple visual effects to video content using After Effects to support campaign messaging.
• Review edits against creative briefs and implement feedback efficiently within the production schedule.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a video and photo editor, with a portfolio that demonstrates retail or commercial content production.
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Familiarity with colour grading tools and techniques suited to product and lifestyle content.
• Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously within a structured studio environment.
• Experience delivering assets formatted for digital platforms, including social media and e-commerce channels.
