Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Randstad USA is hiring a Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join a Brand Commercialization team in Houston, Texas. This role sits within a corporate marketing department, producing print and digital collateral, brand identities, and motion graphics that support commercial and B2B communications workflows. It suits a mid-level designer with a strong print and digital portfolio who can move fluidly between layout work, photo editing, and light post-production.

About the Role

The position operates across three areas: graphic design and brand development at roughly 70%, UI/UX at 20%, and video editing and motion graphics at 10%. Day-to-day work involves building production-ready marketing materials, maintaining brand standards across all deliverables, and managing multiple asset types from concept through final output. The role is 100% onsite and runs a standard first-shift schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print and digital marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, sales collateral, banners, and presentation decks that meet production-ready specifications.
• Develop brand identities, logo systems, iconography, and infographics that adhere to established brand guidelines without deviation.
• Execute advanced photo editing tasks including retouching, masking, compositing, and color correction inside Adobe Photoshop.
• Build motion graphics and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects within the broader post-production workflow.
• Produce UI/UX assets and interactive design mockups in Figma and Adobe XD for digital marketing applications.
• Integrate AI-assisted design tools including ChatGPT, Hailuo.ai, and AI-powered photo generation to support efficiency across the design pipeline.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio covering branding, typography, layout, and digital design.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a closely related design discipline.
• Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Corporate or B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to apply brand standards across both print and digital formats.
• Comfort working inside Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel for client-facing presentation work.
