Experienced Real Estate Videographer

O2V Australasia Pty Ltd is hiring an Experienced Real Estate Videographer to join the Open2view Tasmania team based in Hobart, Tasmania. This role sits within the property marketing production pipeline, responsible for shooting and delivering finished video content across residential, lifestyle, and premium property listings for leading real estate agencies throughout the state. It suits a working videographer who already knows the real estate production workflow and can step into an established client base without a ramp-up period.

About the Role

Open2view has been operating in the Australasian property marketing space for over 25 years, and this position feeds directly into that existing production schedule across Tasmania. Day to day, you are shooting properties, operating drone equipment, capturing virtual tour content, and delivering edited packages to agency clients on deadline. The role runs independently, so schedule management and client communication are as much a part of the job as the camera work itself.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit professional real estate video content for residential and lifestyle property listings across the Tasmanian market.
• Operate drone equipment for aerial photography and videography, maintaining compliance with relevant airspace and licensing requirements.
• Produce virtual tour content and additional property marketing assets as part of each listing package.
• Manage your own shoot schedule across multiple client agencies, coordinating access times and delivering finished content to brief.
• Maintain consistent output quality in line with Open2view brand and technical standards across all deliverables.
• Service real estate agency clients directly on location, representing the company professionally at every shoot.

What You Bring

• Proven production credits in real estate videography, with a portfolio demonstrating finished property video work.
• Strong camera operating and post-production editing skills across standard real estate video workflows.
• Current drone pilot certification appropriate for commercial aerial photography and videography operations in Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage a field production schedule with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills built from working directly with agency or property industry clients.
