Job Position(s): Executive Assistant
Project Type: Feature Film
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: Paid - Salary

Apple TV is hiring an Executive Assistant to join its marketing team in London. This role sits within the Apple TV+ content and marketing operation, directly supporting senior leadership as they oversee original programming that reaches audiences in over 100 countries. It is the kind of position that suits a highly organised television or streaming industry professional who understands the rhythm of a production and development environment and can manage competing priorities without losing grip on the detail.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will be embedded in the Apple TV+ London office, supporting executives whose work spans original series, features, and the broader episodic television slate. Day to day this means managing complex schedules tied to production milestones, press cycles, and internal creative reviews, while acting as a reliable point of contact across internal teams and external production partners. The role demands someone who already understands how a streamer’s development and marketing functions operate at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendars and scheduling for senior Apple TV+ executives, coordinating across time zones with production offices, talent representatives, and press teams.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and correspondence ahead of creative reviews, development meetings, and marketing strategy sessions.
  • Track and organise communications related to the original programming slate, ensuring executives have the right materials before any production or editorial meeting.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for executives attending international press events, location visits, and industry screenings.
  • Liaise with external partners including production companies, talent agencies, and post-production facilities on scheduling and administrative matters.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, particularly around unannounced projects and talent negotiations at the development stage.

What You Bring

  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or senior coordinator within a streamer, broadcaster, film studio, or production company.
  • A working understanding of episodic television or streaming production workflow, including how development, production, and marketing phases connect.
  • Proficiency with calendar and project management tools standard to large media organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage upward and work independently alongside senior creative and business affairs executives.
  • Strong written communication skills suited to a professional environment where correspondence reaches talent, agents, and studio partners.

Why This Role

Apple TV+ has built one of the more credible original content slates in streaming, with productions spanning prestige drama, feature film, and comedy, all made without the volume-over-quality approach that defines some competitors. This London-based position places you at the centre of that operation, supporting the leadership that shapes how those projects reach a global audience. For an experienced assistant looking to move deeper into the streaming industry, the access and scope here are genuine.
