99 Ranch Market is hiring a Content Producer (Photographer & Videographer) based onsite in Buena Park, California. This is a full-production role sitting under the Art Director, responsible for owning the entire content pipeline from pre-production planning through final delivery of food, product, and lifestyle assets across digital advertising, social media, and print. It suits a working shooter-editor who is equally comfortable dressing a tabletop set and cutting a short-form video for TikTok.

About the Role

The Content Producer (Photographer & Videographer) operates within the in-house creative team at 99 Ranch Market, producing food and CPG content that feeds web, print, and social media campaigns. A typical day moves between studio tabletop shoots, post-production workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and coordinating assets across multiple aspect ratios for platform-native delivery. This is not a support role, the person in this seat owns production start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional food photography and video production, including shoots ranging from 30-second social clips to 8-minute instructional videos, handling all camera and lighting setups independently.
• Perform full post-production work including color grading, photo retouching, compositing, and nonlinear video editing to final delivery specifications.
• Style food and CPG products for camera, dress tabletop studio sets, and maintain visual continuity across photo and video campaigns produced in the same production block.
• Capture, clean, level, and sync field and studio audio using appropriate microphone placement for both controlled studio environments and on-location interviews.
• Produce platform-native short-form content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, adapting pacing, framing, and aspect ratios to current social media viewing habits.
• Independently manage on-location shoots including corporate events, grand openings, and talking-head interviews without on-set support staff.

What You Bring

• Proven credits in commercial, food, or CPG content production with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of photo and video projects.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with mirrorless and DSLR camera systems, studio strobes, continuous video lighting, and grip and modifier equipment.
• Expert-level command of Adobe Photoshop and at least one professional nonlinear editing platform, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Working knowledge of generative AI and AI-assisted tools for image retouching, storyboarding, or post-production workflow automation is a strong plus.
• Ability to read a brief and independently translate it into lighting, composition, and editing choices suited to the intended channel and audience.
