Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a CLARCO Originals Coordinator (Chile, Argentina, Colombia) for its International Originals division, based in Miami, FL. This role sits inside the Spanish-language development pipeline, supporting a slate of original series and films across three territories from pitch intake through to production handoff. It suits a coordinator-level professional who has worked in scripted development and understands how content moves through a studio system.

About the Role

The CLARCO Originals Coordinator reports into the Head of CLARCO Originals and works across the full development lifecycle for Amazon MGM Studios projects originating in Chile, Argentina, and Colombia. Day-to-day, this person is the connective tissue between the creative team and departments like Production, Legal, and Marketing, keeping the slate moving and internal stakeholders informed. Coverage writing, talent tracking, and slate management are core to the rhythm of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development meetings, creative calls, and scheduling across producer relationships in Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.
  • Manage information flow across the full development pipeline, from pitch submission through production and into post-production.
  • Write detailed script and pitch coverage with creative recommendations that inform greenlight decisions for the CLARCO slate.
  • Research and source emerging writers and directors across the CLARCO territory to build a pipeline of Spanish-language creative voices.
  • Maintain weekly development reports and internal tracking documents to keep cross-functional teams aligned on project milestones.
  • Monitor the regional creative landscape, tracking talent and industry trends relevant to the team’s originals strategy across all three territories.

What You Bring

  • Prior coordinator or assistant experience inside a studio, network, or production company development department.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with direct familiarity with the creative industries in Chile, Argentina, or Colombia.
  • Experience writing coverage on scripts, treatments, or pitch decks in a professional development context.
  • Working knowledge of how scripted television development operates inside a major studio environment.
  • Strong organizational skills applied to managing a multi-project development slate with overlapping timelines.

Why This Role

Amazon MGM Studios is one of the few studios actively building a dedicated originals infrastructure for South American Spanish-language content, giving this coordinator a front-row position on a slate with genuine greenlight authority. The CLARCO team operates with the resources of a major studio and the mandate to identify and develop new regional voices, which makes the talent pipeline work here genuinely consequential. For a coordinator looking to grow inside international scripted development, this is a rare seat at a well-funded table.
