Key Responsibilities

• Operate audio consoles and mix live on-air talent, music beds, and sound effects during broadcast production.
• Set up, test, and maintain microphones, studio consoles, recording software, and transmission equipment ahead of each broadcast day.
• Technically direct program flow and manage the studio audio environment across live and recorded sessions.
• Edit and upload promos, podcasts, commercials, and other short-form audio content using Adobe Audition or Pro Tools.
• Write show titles and episode descriptions, and screen calls during live on-air segments.
• Monitor and research content across X, YouTube, and Instagram to support daily show preparation and segment development.

What You Bring

• One to two years of hands-on experience as a board operator, production assistant, or audio engineer in a broadcast or live production environment.
• Working knowledge of audio post-production workflow in Adobe Audition and Pro Tools.
• Experience with Premiere Pro for basic video editing tasks tied to digital and social content delivery.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including X, YouTube, and Instagram as research and distribution tools.
• Availability for early morning shifts and select holidays, consistent with broadcast production scheduling demands.
