About the Role

The Video Editor, Multimedia joins a cross-functional paid social workflow that includes Creative Strategists, copywriters, merchandisers, and channel managers. Day to day, this person cuts video ads tailored to both English and French Canadian audiences, iterates on existing creative based on performance data, and produces motion graphics and text treatments that support active campaigns. The output is less long-form editorial and more high-volume, test-driven content designed to convert at the paid social layer.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver video ads formatted for paid social platforms including TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and Pinterest, targeting Quince’s English and French Canadian audiences.
• Develop multiple creative variations per concept, incorporating performance insights and feedback to support structured A/B testing across the digital advertising pipeline.
• Build motion graphics, animated text overlays, and supporting static assets that align with brand standards and paid social campaign specs.
• Work directly with Creative Strategists to translate briefs into platform-native edits that balance brand storytelling with direct response objectives.
• Maintain an organized post-production workflow across multiple concurrent projects, managing versions, file naming, and delivery to channel teams.
• Monitor emerging platform formats and apply relevant creative approaches to keep content current with how audiences engage on each channel.

What You Bring

• Proven experience editing video for paid social advertising, with a portfolio that includes direct-to-consumer or digital commerce campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to produce motion graphics and text-based creative at a pace that matches high-volume campaign environments.
• Experience adapting content across multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications without losing visual quality.
• Comfort working across bilingual creative outputs is a plus, particularly English and French.
