Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video content across social and digital channels, managing each project from concept through final output.
• Develop scripts and storyboards from initial brief, translating campaign ideas into a clear visual production plan before a camera is picked up.
• Build and maintain a distinct visual identity for each brand in the portfolio, ensuring consistency across formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.
• Create motion graphics, animated text, and transitions that align with brand guidelines and elevate the production value of each piece.
• Integrate AI image and video generation tools into the production workflow where appropriate, knowing when practical camera work delivers better results.
• Review all deliverables at the quality control stage, checking subtitles, colour, audio levels, and timing before any content is published.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a videographer and editor working in social content production or a digital agency environment.
• Strong command of a professional editing suite, with working knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects or equivalent.
• A portfolio demonstrating branded short-form content across multiple clients or production types, with clear evidence of consistent visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted image and video generation tools and a clear sense of where they fit within a broader production workflow.
• The ability to present work to clients directly, explaining creative decisions with clarity and incorporating feedback constructively.
