This role sits inside the label’s post-production pipeline, covering everything from multicam live worship recordings and music videos to lyric videos and short-form social content. About the Role

The Video Editor at Elevation Worship Records works across the label’s full artist roster, handling both single-camera conceptual projects and A-tier multicam live productions from pre-production through final delivery. Day to day, this means cutting music videos, managing camera setups and set decoration on production days, and partnering with the social team to turn larger projects into platform-ready short-form content. The team runs Sunday through Thursday, with the weekend worship experience treated as a core part of the production calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Own post-production editing across all label artists and platforms, including multicam live recordings, music videos, and lyric videos.
• Execute all phases of video production, from pre-production planning through final post-production delivery, on both single-camera and multi-camera projects.
• Build and manage camera setups, lighting, and set decoration in coordination with the creative and video director on each project.
• Work directly with creative and video directors to ensure every cut matches the established project vision.
• Produce short-form social content in collaboration with the social media team, handling production and post-production end to end.
• Maintain and improve the team’s editing workflow, keeping efficiency and creative standards moving forward together.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, with demonstrated experience in multicam editing inside that post-production workflow.
• An online film portfolio showing music video, live production, or related post-production work.
• Working knowledge of live production and multicam film production environments.
• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics or visual effects work is a plus.
• Strong time management and the ability to pivot quickly when production priorities shift.
• Active church participation, including regular attendance, volunteering, and community involvement, is a firm requirement for this role.
