Content Creator & Videographer

Astrid & Miyu is hiring a Content Creator & Videographer to join their in-house creative team in Kennington, London. This role sits within the brand’s Creative and Marketing department, responsible for shooting, editing, and publishing social-first video and photo content across all platforms, from campaign assets to behind-the-scenes coverage of live activations and product launches. It suits a visual storyteller with hands-on camera and post-production workflow experience who is equally comfortable in front of the lens as behind it.

About the Role

The Content Creator & Videographer works directly alongside the in-house photographer, Social Media Manager, and Associate Producer within a small, integrated creative production unit. Day-to-day output spans short-form video editing, community management, and asset delivery timed to a live publishing schedule. Shoots cover everything from product stills to event capture, with the role owning the full production cycle from pre-production planning through to final platform-ready delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit social-first video and photo content using both iPhone and DSLR setups, with editing completed in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile post-production tools.
• Appear on-screen as a recurring talent for brand channels while also serving as the operator capturing stills and motion at shoots and brand activations.
• Manage shoot logistics in coordination with the Associate Producer, covering equipment prep, product samples, props, and production schedules.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and social cut-downs at live events and influencer activations, turning brand moments into platform-ready deliverables.
• Track KPIs and social performance metrics, applying data-driven insights to refine content formats and grow audience engagement.
• Own community management across brand channels, responding to comments and messages in a consistent, on-brand tone of voice.

What You Bring

• One to two years of experience in content creation, social media production, or a comparable role, or a strong personal portfolio demonstrating equivalent output.
• Confident camera operation across iPhone and DSLR formats, with a clear visual sensibility developed through real production work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro alongside mobile editing tools for fast-turnaround deliverables.
• End-to-end social channel management experience covering content planning, publishing, community management, and KPI tracking.
• Cultural awareness and a genuine instinct for emerging social video trends, with strong written skills suited to caption writing and brand voice.
