VFX Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage task prioritization and scheduling across one or more VFX projects to ensure milestones are hit on time.
• Organize and run dailies, rounds, and project meetings as a regular part of the production rhythm.
• Maintain ShotGrid with accurate shot statuses, task assignments, and current project scope throughout the production cycle.
• Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including preparing all required submission documentation for client handoff.
• Prepare production reports and track tasks to give senior staff a clear view of where each project stands.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly to all relevant stakeholders to keep the project timeline on track.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of experience in VFX, post-production, or a related media production field.
• Hands-on familiarity with ShotGrid as a production tracking tool.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel for reporting and schedule management.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines across a VFX pipeline.
• Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken, is required for this Seoul-based role.
• Working knowledge of VFX terminology and production processes at the shot level.
