A typical day moves between client-facing discovery meetings, active production shoots, and post-production workflow tasks including editing, color, and asset archiving. This is a staff position, not a project contract, so the right candidate should expect ongoing project management responsibilities alongside hands-on production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with internal clients to scope multimedia projects, establish production timelines, and set deliverable deadlines.
• Shoot and edit video content for digital distribution, including social media-native formats and web-integrated productions.
• Integrate photo and video assets into online platforms, managing the handoff between production and digital publishing.
• Maintain an organized image repository and archive both raw camera files and master deliverables to institutional standards.
• Collect and analyze performance data to support presentations and inform future content strategy decisions.
• Provide production consulting to internal departments and may supervise assigned staff on larger multimedia projects.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of three years working in multimedia production, including shooting and editing digital media content.
• Proficiency in imaging file formats and working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications for project tracking.
• A portfolio demonstrating original content creation across multiple formats, required at time of application alongside a resume and cover letter.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a structured institutional production workflow.
