Key Responsibilities

• Cut and deliver short-form social media content optimized for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn video, and YouTube, including captions, transitions, and licensed music.
• Edit recorded webinars, interviews, presentations, and live event footage into clean, publishable formats suitable for marketing distribution.
• Build promotional and product videos from brief to delivery, applying motion graphics and visual branding elements consistently across all output.
• Maintain an organized asset library of footage, project files, and exported media in line with the team’s file management conventions.
• Take feedback from the marketing team, make revisions, and flag creative questions before they become production problems.
• Pitch ideas for improving content engagement based on platform trends and what is actually working in the current social media landscape.

What You Bring

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma in film, media production, communications, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of at least one industry editing tool, including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Solid grasp of video formats, export settings, caption workflows, and basic colour and audio adjustments.
• A portfolio or showreel is an advantage, though not required to apply.
• Ability to read a creative brief, manage your own timeline, and deliver clean edits without constant oversight.
