Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between Editorial and Post teams, tracking production milestones and flagging schedule risks to senior staff.
• Maintain show calendars, departmental timelines, and post-production schedules across assigned feature film projects.
• Coordinate editorial room setup, including system access, account onboarding for incoming post personnel, and equipment logistics for remote locations.
• Create and track purchase orders and invoices, and audit physical assets checked in and out by the Post Production team.
• Manage logistics for internal and executive screenings, including room setup and materials availability for the Executive Screening Room.
• Partner with distribution teams to support final delivery timelines, including quality control checkpoints and master approvals.

What You Bring

• A minimum of one year of production or post-production experience, or a relevant internship in a studio or production company setting.
• Familiarity with post calendars and post-production workflow applications used in feature film or episodic television environments.
• Demonstrated ability to track multiple projects simultaneously with consistent follow-through on deliverables.
• Experience interfacing with third-party vendors and internal executives in a professional, problem-solving capacity.
• Prior studio production experience is preferred, particularly within physical production or post-production departments.
