• Collaborate directly with the creative and production teams to translate shoot footage into a story that matches the original concept intent.
• Handle sound design decisions at the editorial level, including music placement, SFX layering, and dialogue pacing within the timeline.
• Manage multiple sequences simultaneously within a structured post-production workflow, hitting deadlines across an active content calendar.
• Review your own work critically against performance benchmarks and incorporate notes efficiently without losing editorial voice.

What You Bring

• A substantial body of work editing digital video content with demonstrable retention metrics or audience performance results.
