Day to day, you’re syncing multicam footage with high-resolution screen recordings, cleaning up dialogue, scoring sequences, and shaping raw material into structured videos that hold a viewer’s attention across an extended runtime. The music production angle matters here because the content lives in that world and the audio work demands someone who actually understands DAWs.

Key Responsibilities

• Sync and cut between one to two camera angles and a separate high-resolution screen recording file within a multicam post-production workflow.
• Perform audio sweetening on dialogue tracks, balancing levels and cleaning up recordings to broadcast-quality standards.
• Score finished edits using music production knowledge to support pacing and maintain viewer engagement throughout longform sequences.
• Edit raw footage into structured, retention-focused longform videos optimized specifically for the YouTube platform.
• Manage project files and media assets cleanly across Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to support efficient post-production turnaround.
• Incorporate 3D elements, motion text, or animation using Blender where required to support the visual language of a given video.

What You Bring

• Three or more years of professional editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on background as a music producer or demonstrated familiarity with Digital Audio Workstations at a production level.
• A proven track record editing longform content for YouTube, with existing work that shows platform-specific pacing instincts.
• Working knowledge of Blender for 3D elements or animation is a meaningful plus.
• Ability to work independently on a per-project contract basis in a fully remote environment.
