BPSG is hiring a Content Creator / Videographer for the Adelaide Giants ahead of the 2026/27 Australian Baseball League season, based in Adelaide, SA. This role sits within the club’s media and communications department, responsible for producing short-form video content, match-day coverage, and social media assets that drive audience engagement across digital platforms. It suits a self-shooting content producer with a strong editorial eye and experience turning live sporting events into polished, platform-ready video output.

About the Role

Working directly within the Adelaide Giants content team, the Content Creator / Videographer will cover the full ABL season from pre-production planning through to post-production delivery across social, broadcast, and owned channels. A typical day during the season involves setting up for game-day shoots, capturing player and coach interviews, then cutting and publishing content to tight deadlines. Outside of game days, the role focuses on campaign production, sponsor deliverables, and building the club’s library of original video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate camera equipment across live game-day production, capturing action, atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes footage for multi-platform use.
• Shoot and direct on-camera talent including players, coaching staff, and club personalities across interview and documentary-style formats.
• Edit and deliver short-form video content to deadlines suited to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube publishing schedules.
• Manage the post-production workflow from ingest through to final export, including colour grade, audio mix, and graphics integration.
• Produce sponsor and partner content packages that meet contracted deliverables without compromising editorial tone.
• Maintain and manage production equipment, storage, and archiving systems across the season.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a videographer and editor across sports, events, or branded content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of colour correction tools.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end video production credits, from shoot to published output.
• Ability to operate independently in a run-and-gun production environment with minimal crew support.
• Familiarity with live sports coverage and the specific technical demands of indoor and outdoor stadium shooting.
