Netflix is hiring a Coordinator, Production Management to join its Indonesia content team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role sits inside the Production Management department and is responsible for supporting original Indonesian film and series productions from early pre-production through final delivery. It suits a working Line Producer who knows their way around a budget top sheet and wants to move into a streaming studio environment without leaving the craft behind.

About the Role

The Coordinator, Production Management works directly alongside Production Management Managers and Executives to keep Netflix’s Indonesian original slate on track across episodic television and film production. Day to day, that means acting as the in-house Line Producer on active productions, fielding budget and schedule questions from senior producers, and making sure information moves cleanly between production and Netflix’s internal teams. This is a working role, not a desk job, and it requires someone who can hold multiple productions in their head at once without dropping details.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day production liaison between Indonesian productions and Netflix internal teams, keeping schedules, budgets, and workflows accurately communicated in both directions.
• Function as an in-house Line Producer across pre-production, production, and post-production, reviewing production budgets, one-liners, and shooting schedules with a working producer’s eye.
• Negotiate directly with senior producers on budget, schedule, and production plan questions, coming to every conversation prepared with data and clear trade-offs.
• Research, outreach, and vet filming locations and studio facilities across the region to support active and upcoming productions.
• Manage vendor and Production Partner relationships, tracking cost efficiency and working with the manager to raise partner performance where needed.
• Identify and credential strong local crew and production staff, and coordinate onboarding for production companies and freelance producers entering the Netflix ecosystem.

What You Bring

• Three to five years of working experience as a Line Producer on film or series production, with credits across multiple projects.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to provide translation and interpretation support in company settings.
• Demonstrated command of production budgets, schedules, and standard production paperwork at the department head level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Familiarity with Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling is a plus.
• Availability to travel across the region to support productions and conduct set visits as needed.
