About the Role

Bow Real Estate Media is bringing on a second shooter to handle backup and overflow work as the company expands its residential and commercial real estate media production across the greater Los Angeles market. Day-to-day, this means arriving at properties on schedule, executing bracketed HDR photography and listing video production independently, and uploading deliverables shortly after each shoot. The role operates on a per-project freelance basis, with volume expected to grow over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial properties using bracketed HDR photography techniques to match Bow Real Estate Media’s established shooting style and shot lists.
• Film horizontal listing videos and vertical social media content for each property, capturing footage suitable for both MLS use and platform-native distribution.
• Operate a drone to capture aerial photos and video when required, consistent with FAA regulations and the company’s visual standards.
• Capture Zillow 3D Home tours using a compatible 360 camera when that service is included in the package.
• Communicate professionally with property clients on-site and report any appointment or property issues back to the company promptly.
• Upload all photo and video files within a short window after each shoot, maintaining a reliable turnaround for post-production workflow.

What You Bring

• A real estate photography and videography portfolio that demonstrates competency across stills, listing video production, and aerial cinematography.
• A professional camera body, wide-angle lens, and gimbal capable of shooting both horizontal and vertical video formats.
• Current FAA Part 107 certification and a drone cleared for commercial real estate media production.
• Working knowledge of exposure, composition, and white balance across varied interior and exterior lighting conditions.
• Reliable transportation to cover a service area spanning Los Angeles, the South Bay, and Long Beach.
