Calibis is hiring a Senior Lifestyle Photographer / Videographer for Brand Content based in Roseville, New Jersey. This role sits at the intersection of commercial photography and short-form video production, responsible for concepting, shooting, and delivering polished lifestyle campaign content and social-first video across photo and video formats. It suits a working commercial shooter with a proven track record directing talent on brand campaigns, not someone transitioning from influencer or personal content creation.

About the Role

This is a freelance, ongoing content production relationship with Calibis, a brand building its visual identity through lifestyle-driven campaign work. The photographer / videographer owns the full production workflow from concept development and location scouting through to final delivery, including color grading and editing. Shoots cover seasonal campaign launches, product photography, short-form cinematic video for Instagram and Reels, and recurring monthly social content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifestyle campaign concepts featuring models, apparel, and Calibis products in real outdoor and cultural environments.
• Direct talent on set to achieve natural, editorial-quality imagery that avoids the staged look typical of traditional product advertising.
• Shoot short-form cinematic video formatted for both vertical and horizontal delivery across social platforms.
• Handle all post-production including color grading, photo editing, and final asset delivery for each campaign.
• Lead product photography shoots covering vapes, packaging, and branded merchandise.
• Produce behind-the-scenes and organic lifestyle content alongside primary campaign deliverables for each shoot day.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 or more years of professional commercial photography and videography experience, with a portfolio demonstrating lifestyle, fashion, streetwear, beverage, or similar brand work.
• Demonstrated experience directing models and talent in real-world locations rather than controlled studio environments.
• Professional camera and lighting equipment capable of delivering broadcast and print-ready commercial content.
• Strong color grading and editing skills with a polished, consistent visual style across both photo and video formats.
• Must be 21 or older due to the nature of the brand. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
