Key Responsibilities

• Screen long-form podcast recordings and founder video to identify editorial moments strong enough to anchor a short-form clip without relying on producer-supplied timestamps.
• Construct cold opens and clip structure from scratch, building immediate hooks suited to the retention patterns of each vertical video platform.
• Execute the full short-form post-production workflow including kinetic caption design, audio cleanup, B-roll selection, and platform-ready export.
• Adapt pacing, framing, and visual treatment to the idea being communicated rather than applying a single clip template across all material.
