About the Role

The Production Manager works within Amazon MGM Studios’ US Scripted team, supporting a slate that includes some of the most-watched series in streaming, including Fallout, Reacher, and The Boys. Day-to-day work spans budget analysis, cost report review, production document organization, and attendance at production meetings with showrunners, production managers, and creative executives. The role bridges studio operations and show-level production teams, requiring someone equally comfortable in a budget meeting and on set.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple scripted series in development and active production, tracking each project from greenlight through post-production workflow and final delivery.
• Attend and contribute to budget and production meetings with show producers, production managers, and creative executives across domestic and international projects.
• Coordinate with partner teams on production safety, security, insurance, labor relations, immigration, visas, and production tax incentives.
• Analyze episodic budgets and cost reports in close collaboration with production finance to ensure assets are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including departments spanning creative, marketing, press, business affairs, legal, and finance.
• Travel to set domestically and internationally as needed to assess workflow, flag budget concerns, and troubleshoot production issues in real time.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience managing scripted episodic television productions at the studio or production company level.
• Working knowledge of industry unions and guilds, both domestic and international, including familiarity with guild agreements as they apply to physical production.
• Proven ability to read and analyze production budgets and cost reports across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating across legal, finance, labor, and immigration issues specific to film and television production.
• Strong organizational skills applied to high-volume production document management and production data tracking across a scripted series slate.
