Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational mechanisms across regional Production and Post Production teams, creating governance frameworks and success metrics that hold up under scrutiny from senior leadership.
• Build a multi-year roadmap with internal stakeholders covering technology adoption, post-production workflow transformation, and efficiency improvements across the studio’s content operations.
• Partner with the IO-PV Creative team to identify high-impact automation and generative AI opportunities that support the broader production growth plan.
• Lead the implementation of creative workflow tools from strategic planning through go-live, with a focus on streamlining handoffs between production, post, and VFX teams.
• Serve as a change management advisor to departments introducing new technology, helping teams maintain production momentum while accelerating adoption with minimal disruption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies alongside the Production Innovation Team and develop the business cases and implementation strategies needed to bring high-potential tools into the studio pipeline.

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience in program or operations management within a major studio, streamer, or large-scale production company.
• Demonstrated track record managing cross-functional initiatives that span production, post-production workflow, VFX, and creative operations.
• Experience building and communicating executive-level reporting, including program status, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with creative workflow tools and an understanding of how technology integrates into active production environments.
• Proven ability to advise senior creative and production leadership on organizational change without disrupting ongoing projects.
