Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project timelines for technology and workflow initiatives that support virtual production and on-set operations across Netflix productions.
• Translate technical requirements from engineering and VFX pipeline teams into actionable project plans with clear milestones and accountability.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts between production technology development cycles and active production windows.
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and risk registers across multiple concurrent initiatives within the studio technology portfolio.
• Facilitate working sessions between software engineers, virtual production supervisors, and department heads to align on scope and delivery expectations.
• Track resource allocation across innovation projects and flag capacity issues before they affect production workflow commitments.

What You Bring

• Five or more years of project management experience in a film studio, broadcast, VFX, or production technology environment.
• Demonstrated history of delivering technical projects in a production context, with credits or work history tied to episodic television or feature film production.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, or equivalent platforms used in studio pipeline environments.
• Strong working knowledge of virtual production workflows or on-set technology operations.
• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training is an asset.
