Go Echoes is hiring a Video Editor & Creative Designer (TikTok & Instagram) for a fully remote position based out of Lisbon, Portugal. This role sits within the performance marketing function, producing short-form video and static ad creatives designed to drive measurable results across paid social campaigns on TikTok and Instagram. It suits a designer and editor who thinks in terms of conversion metrics as much as aesthetics, and who has real experience in direct-response social media advertising workflows.

About the Role

You will work directly within Go Echoes’ marketing team, building the creative pipeline for paid social advertising across TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager. A typical day involves editing short-form video content, designing static ad variations, reviewing performance data, and iterating on creatives based on CTR, CPA, and ROAS results. This is a production-focused role where output volume and creative quality both matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories, formatted specifically for paid social media advertising placements.
• Design static and motion creatives built around conversion goals, applying direct-response principles to every asset in the social media advertising workflow.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing, ensuring each version has a distinct hook within the first three seconds of playback.
• Analyze campaign performance data including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate, then use those insights to revise and optimize existing creatives.
• Monitor emerging trends across TikTok and Instagram and translate relevant formats into on-brand ad content, including UGC-style creatives.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables while keeping the creative approach grounded in performance outcomes.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio of TikTok and Instagram paid advertising creatives, ideally from e-commerce, lead generation, or direct-response brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, with motion graphics skills considered a clear advantage.
• Hands-on experience working inside TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, reading performance dashboards and acting on the data.
• A working understanding of direct-response marketing principles and how creative decisions affect paid social media advertising metrics.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently within a fully remote production environment.
