About the Role

You will be embedded in the marketing and creative team at Best Body Industries, a fitness apparel and supplement brand, producing content that spans the full customer journey from awareness to conversion. On any given day that might mean running a TikTok shoot in the morning, cutting a product launch reel in the afternoon, and prepping treatment ideas for an upcoming campaign. The work is hands-on at every stage, from production planning through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video content optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook, with a clear understanding of platform-specific framing and pacing.
• Lead camera and capture on campaign shoots for seasonal product releases, including apparel and supplement range launches.
• Produce behind-the-scenes content across photoshoots, brand events, and day-to-day business operations for use across organic and paid social channels.
• Work directly with the marketing team to develop creative concepts from brief through to final cut, contributing ideas at the treatment stage rather than just executing them.
• Manage multiple projects across different stages of production simultaneously, hitting deadlines without dropping quality.
• Refine edits based on creative direction and feedback, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all content output.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in videography and content production, ideally across commercial, lifestyle, or fitness-adjacent projects.
• Proficient editing workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• A working understanding of lighting setups, camera movement, and composition for social-first video production.
• A showreel that reflects work aligned with fitness, lifestyle, or brand content.
• Ability to shoot and edit independently without relying on a full crew.
